Against incredible odds, Hungarian Horses came to America post WWII. In an effort to keep the bloodlines in the U.S. historically connected to the original lines as well as genetically diverse, a small group of Hungarian horse enthusiasts attempt to breed their U.S. mares with stallions based in Hungary.

     In 2019, the Hungarian Horse Association of America (HHAA) invited filmmaker, Kimberley R. Williams to join them on an exploratory trip to Hungary. With the desire to experience first hand where the magnificent Hungarian horse originated from, they also were there to find the ideal stallions to continue the lineage that lingers in the United States.

     This film project explores how Hungarian horses originally came to America, the people who established the HHAA and why modern day Hungarian horse enthusiasts attempt to keep the Kisber-Felver bloodline alive.
